What Ki Insight is

An educational information service. It reads the lab values you upload and confirm, grades them against published ranges, and shows you patterns, education, and food-first suggestions computed by deterministic code.

What it is not

Medical care. Ki Insight does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and using it creates no provider–patient relationship. Optimal ranges are educational targets, not diagnostic cutoffs; findings are hypotheses, not diagnoses. Clinical judgment — and every clinical decision — belongs with a licensed provider.

A store. The peptides section is education only: it shows no doses to the public, links only to an independent non-commercial research library, and nothing on Ki Insight is an offer to sell supplements, peptides, or lab tests.

Your part

You confirm the accuracy of the values you upload before the engine grades them. You keep your credentials to yourself, use your account personally, and don't scrape the service, resell its content, or attempt to defeat its access controls.

Your data, our software

Your lab values and answers remain yours; you grant us only the license needed to process them into your reports. The software, design, and written knowledge base are Ki Insight's and may not be reproduced or repackaged.

No warranties, limited liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law permits, Ki Insight's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending and changing

You can stop using the service and ask for deletion at any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms. If the terms change materially, the date above changes and the app will tell you before the new terms apply.
