Ki Insight exists to turn your own blood work into education you can act on. That only works if you trust us with the numbers — so this policy is short, specific, and written to be read.
What we collect
Your account email and sign-in credentials (handled by our authentication provider — we never see your password). The lab-report files you upload, the values you confirm from them, your questionnaire answers, and the reports the engine computes from all of that.
How we use it
To compute and store your reports and trends, and to answer the questions you type into the report. Every status, color, finding, and recommendation is computed by deterministic code from your confirmed values; AI is used to read numbers off your uploaded PDF — which you then confirm — and to narrate answers grounded in those confirmed values.
We do not sell your data, we do not run ads, and we never use your health information for marketing.
Where it lives
Your data is stored with our database provider, encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level access rules so your records are readable only by your account and anyone you have explicitly been linked with (for example, a coach relationship you accepted).
Who else touches it
Only the processors that run the service: hosting, database and authentication, transactional email, and the AI service that reads numbers off your PDF. Each receives the minimum needed to do its job and no permission to use your data for anything else.
Your controls
You can delete any saved panel in the app at any time. To remove your account and everything under it, reply to any Ki Insight account email and ask — deletion is honored, not negotiated.
Cookies
One kind: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date above changes with it and the app will say so before the new terms apply to you.
